Rates include VAT at 14%. Children up to 5 years sleep for free sharing with parents. Children from 5 years up to 12 years sleep for 50% of the room adult rate sharing with parents. Rooms can be occupied by 15h00 on day of arrival. Guests are kindly requested to vacate rooms by 11h00 on day of departure.

Deposit & Cancellation Clause:
A deposit of 50% or credit card details are required before bookings can be confirmed. Pro-forma invoices are provided on provisional bookings.
Cancellations: Up to 30 days prior to arrival is no problem. Cancellation within 30 days and 22 days before arrival, 25% of the full amount is payable; 21 to 15 days, 50%; 14 to 8 days, 75% and cancellation of a reservation within 7 days of the confirmed date of arrival, or non-arrival without prior cancellation.
